Our billing model is designed with flexibility and transparency in mind. Our standard hourly rates range from $250 per hour for paralegals to $395-$650 per hour for patent agents and attorneys. However, where possible, we also offer project-based pricing or flat-fee arrangements, ensuring cost predictability and reducing concerns associated with hourly billing.

At STLG, we value long-term partnerships, which is why our Client Appreciation Billing Rate Plan rewards higher levels of commitment with increasing cost savings. Discounted rates apply to hours exceeding monthly threshold levels: the more you work with us each month, the greater your savings on additional hours.

Through this plan, you can secure guaranteed access to our attorneys for a set number of transactional legal service hours per month, available during regular business hours (9 AM–6 PM PST, Monday to Friday).
